Shipping policy

VYE shipping and delivery policy

We deliver to UK addresses only. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Order processing and dispatch

We process orders twice a day, at 8:00am and 1:30pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed before 1:30pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:30pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Orders are only dispatched once age verification is complete (see below).

UK delivery

We deliver with Royal Mail, fully tracked.

  • Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): free on every order. Usually 2 working days.
  • Faster and signed-for options are shown at checkout, with their price, before you pay. Currently:
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (usually the next working day): £3.77
    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature: £4.22
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature: £5.02

Royal Mail aims to deliver within these timescales, but they are not guaranteed.

Age verification

You must be 18 or over to buy VYE products. To comply with UK law, we run a secure digital age check straight after checkout. If we cannot verify your age automatically, our support team will email you to ask for proof of age before your order is dispatched. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full.

Order tracking

Once your order has been packed, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery on the courier's website.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, damaged or does not arrive, email support@getvye.com with your order number and we will sort it out. See our refund policy for returns and refunds, or our FAQ for quick answers.
