When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VYE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion (including, but not limited to, failure to verify age). Your order is not accepted until VYE confirms acceptance and payment has been processed.

VYE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with VYE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and VYE. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with VYE.

You acknowledge and agree that our products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. The use of nicotine-containing products carries inherent health risks. By purchasing and using VYE products, you expressly assume all risks associated with their use. You agree that VYE shall not be liable for any adverse health effects, personal injury, or damages resulting from your use, misuse, or inability to use our products.
