Mobile Message Service Terms

These Mobile Message Service Terms (“Mobile Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of VYE Global Limited trading as VYE UK (“VYE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

VYE is an age-restricted nicotine mist brand. Our products and marketing are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. By subscribing to our mobile message service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a UK resident.

The Service

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from VYE, we may send you recurring SMS or text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages may include promotional messages, offers, product updates, back-in-stock alerts, cart reminders, customer care messages, and other messages relating to VYE products and services.

Where we send cart reminder messages, these may be based on items you have added to your cart or checkout activity on our website, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary. You do not need to consent to text message marketing to buy from VYE.

Consent

We will only send you marketing text messages where we have the consent required by applicable law. You may give consent through methods such as a website form, checkout opt-in, account preference, promotion, or another clear opt-in process.

Message frequency may vary. VYE does not charge you to receive our text messages, but your mobile network provider may apply message, data, or other charges. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile network provider.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile network provider and is not guaranteed. Mobile network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time.

Where supported, you may opt out by replying STOP to a VYE text message. You may also use any unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions included in our messages, or contact us at support@getvye.com.

After you opt out, we may send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. We may still send non-marketing messages where permitted by law, such as messages relating to an order, customer service request, legal notice, or your account.

Help and Support

For help with our text message service, use the help instructions included in our messages where available, or contact us at support@getvye.com.

If your mobile number changes, you should opt out using your old number where possible and opt in again using your new number if you wish to continue receiving text messages.

This may include your mobile number, consent status, opt-in and opt-out records, message interactions, and related technical information needed to provide, measure, and manage the service. We may use service providers, including Shopify, Klaviyo, telecommunications providers, and other vendors, to help us operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and support our messaging programme.

We do not sell your text message opt-in data or consent status, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to These Mobile Terms

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

Nothing in these Mobile Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection, data protection, or privacy laws.
